So let's start with my sign up process of this website. When at first I came across this website, I learnt that if I sign up I will get 2500 worth cash coupons to shop. I was very excited! I joined the website the next second with my phone number, which I usually don't do because according to me giving mobile number for online websites is not fair. Anyhow I joined the website added items to the cart, was exited for my first order, applied the cash coupon of 2500 rupees, and to my goodness this cash coupon had some conditions, it said me to spend money first to use it. It means they were not cash coupons this were discount coupons.  Now my excitations came down.

                                  

 Then I came across the message that, for first order you will get hundred rupees discount. Then I browsed the website for long time to choose something or buy, now after a long search, I found a toy for my kid, I was again excited to get discount. The toys price was 220 rupees I thought of getting it for 120 rupees after 100 rupees discount on my first order.  I added some more things, now when I applied the coupon after spending so much time and energy. I got the message that said your discount is more than the coupon money so you cannot use the coupon, this made me feel unhappy. This was my first experience with the website, there were no conditions mentioned the only thing mentioned was hundred rupees cash discount on first order. Now, I had to buy it for the same price as my kid was eagerly waiting to order the toy for him.

One day a few months later, I came across the website to find the cashback offers on the website. There was cashback offer on diapers on the website. I got diapers on website and got 25% cashback coupon which was nearly 100 rupees.  This coupon was sent to me by an email. It had an expiry date of nearly one week

I thought of using it and browsed the website for some baby clothing like good looking tshirts and pants. This time I added a pant for my kid in the cart, I was excited to checkout as soon as possible. I applied the cashback coupon to get 100 rupees discount. The same thing happened even with cashback coupon. The coupon was applied on the MRP of the products not on discounted price available. I added a pant worth rupees 299, it was available on the website with discount for 250 rupees. When I applied the cashback coupon it was deducted from the MRP not the discounted price. I expected the pant price after applying coupon to be 150 rupees, but the price I got was 199, as the coupon was applied on MRP 299. So, the final discount I got was only 41 rupees not 100 rupees from the coupon. Now, when I wanted to checkout, I got message you cannot place an order less than 250 rupees, I need to buy a few more things, ok!  but do I really need them I still choose to add few necessary things. But all of the things I choose had already discounts. I wanted products without discount to use my cashback coupon. They would have deducted the cashback coupon from the price available in the website but no they applied it on MRP.

I still added few more clothing now again my coupon discount came down from 41 to 20. Now when I wanted to checkout, the cart value was less than 500, I had to pay 50 rupees delivery charge, if not I have to add some more clothing and my coupon will again get deducted from the MRP. SO, finally I was left with 1 rupee cashback from 100 rupees coupon. This means there was no use of using the cashback coupon. I would have bought the accessories without cash coupon for the prices (discounted) mentioned. Why the false advertisement of cashback coupons? I felt bad. I thought of never using the cashback coupon again and waste my energy and time. This is the business policy.
