NORMAL DELIVERY vs CAESARIAN DELIVERY

I am assisting in our nursing home from last 5 years. The hospital is owned by my mother in law. She is one of the best doctors in the town. I am very happy I learnt many things from her. The main thing that made her famous is her sincerity with the patient. We have a labor room and an operation theatre at our hospital. My mother-in-law is MBBS, DGO. She is not a surgeon so calls doctors from outside for deliveries through c-section.  She gets much profit through operations with less tension through caesarian section. But, her sincerity towards the patient never allowed her to go for caesarian until her last try for the normal delivery.  Because, I heard in my hometown that few doctors are doing only caesarians to fill their loans. Why take loans and build big multi-storey hospitals to attract patients. I felt bad about it.

Does anyone feel to get handicapped? No. The normal deliveries are the natural process. God has made the process. I accept it is painful. It requires lot of patience. But, after a normal delivery one is ready to walk within hours. But after caesarian a patient is not ready to walk or even sit by herself. There are stitches in her uterus which need to heal. I agree there are good antibiotics to heal up but it takes at least a week for a woman to work by herself. After a caesarian section there is a need of partner to help her in daily chores for a week. Apart from this she needs rest for a month or even 3 month to do any heavy chores/activities. And at last she has been left with a scar in her uterus which makes her handicapped compared to the normal delivery woman who has their uterus intact. Now, when we come to the point for future deliveries, there is always less chance of normal delivery if the next delivery is with fewer gaps. After a caesarian a woman should wait at least 2 years for next baby, if she wants to go for normal delivery, if not no problem if she wants to go for caesarian. There are the chances of the stitches getting opened due to labor pains in normal delivery if the gap is less between deliveries.

I think woman after a normal delivery is free and has no issues in her life. But a caesarian woman is always at a risk of lifting heavy weight, doing heavy exercises. I have heard many women complaining about the back pain/spinal cord pain years after caesarian. It is not in all the cases but some woman complains it. Anyhow, if there is a need for a caesarian then it is a BOON from science. In few cases, the amniotic fluid is suddenly reduced in a pregnant woman. The baby cannot survive without amniotic fluid. It is impossible to save the baby through normal delivery in these cases. Hence, with a caesarian a life can be saved. A smiling face on mothers face with a small scar in her uterus is negligible.

Unfortunately, few women opt for caesarian to avoid labor pains, when they have no complications. This is very disgusting. Why are they making things complicated? Please be brave and make the things easy in future. Be brave and go for normal deliveries. A pain of few hours or minutes will give you happiness afterwards.

Few months back even I had a C-section because of meconium, means baby passed the first poop in the stomach. It was an emergency. After my C-section to me it was a very big deal. I passed through very bad time. First of all at hospital I did not get a good room inspite of opting for special rom because of getting admitted in emergency. I was unable to get up because of lack of suitable bed which didn't have handle to lift up. It was a normal flat bed. I couldn't walk for many days. In my case it was due to anemia. But still I had the pain for many days. I couldn't recover and get back to my chores and daily life for many days. I had a normal delivery previously after which I could walk and felt  good so fast inspite of my very painful normal delivery. So, both have pros and cons choose the best thing according to the situation. Unfortunately, I had to go to other hospital inspite of our own hospital because my mother-in-law is no more in this world. After her sad demise and corona conditions we stopped operations at our hospital. We are doing only normal deliveries under the assistance of my father-in-law who is also a MBBS Doctor.

Almatti Dam Review

We started our journey from BIJAPUR. It is 100 km from BIJAPUR. We travelled by car. The journey was very easy within no time we reached ALMATTI town. The dam is just in entrance in the ALMATTI town.   The entrance has a very big stone sculpture.   The entrance is very beautiful with greenery. We entered the dam area in car. They took a small amount for car parking. First in the entrance there was a rock garden.   We thought we will see the rock garden and went forward. There is road inside connecting the dam area. First, we thought of seeing the dam as we were excited to see the dam. Now, we entered the dam area, there was a ticket of 15 rupees per person, to enter the area and see the dam gates.               The entrance to the dam has elephant on both the sides. Then there is a passage with the sculptures on stones and the roof. Here we found a photographer asking for photograph with family, he told us will give the photos inst...
